A kenzan is a metal pin frog used in ikebana to hold stems in place. It comes in your Starter Box and, with care, lasts for years.
Yes. You manage everything — pausing, skipping, cancelling — through your subscriber portal, powered by Helcim. No emails required.
Stems are seasonal and change with every delivery. You'll always know what's coming via your delivery email, sent a day or two before your box arrives.
