Subscription
Ikebana Box is a bi-weekly flower subscription service based in Toronto. Every two weeks, you receive a curated box of fresh seasonal stems with an ikebana-inspired arrangement instruction card. The cadence is intentional — timed to the natural life of an arrangement.
The Starter Box ($65 CAD, one-time) is for first-time subscribers. It includes seasonal stems, a kenzan (metal pin frog), a ceramic vessel, and an ikebana-inspired arrangement instruction card — everything you need to begin.

The Ikebana Box ($55 CAD per delivery) is the recurring bi-weekly subscription. It includes seasonal stems, an instruction card, and a flower care guide. The kenzan and vessel carry over from your Starter Box.
Deliveries and pickups happen every second Saturday. Orders need at least 2 days to process — subscribe by Thursday and your first box arrives that Saturday. Subscribe on a Friday or Saturday and your first delivery will be the following cycle, two weeks later. You'll receive a delivery email a day or two before your box arrives, with details on what stems are included and a link to that cycle's arrangement guide.
A kenzan is a metal pin frog used in ikebana to anchor and position stems in a vessel. It comes in your Starter Box and, with proper care, lasts for years. No adhesives, no foam — just clean, intentional placement.
Currently, delivery is within Toronto only. Pickup is always available at no extra charge. If you're outside the delivery area, reach out to flowerscan.ca@gmail.com and we'll see what's possible.
Everything is managed through your subscriber portal, powered by Helcim. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time — no emails required, no questions asked. A link to your portal is included in every delivery email.
Boxes are designed to be left safely at your door for a few hours without harm to the stems. If you have specific delivery instructions or concerns, add a note during checkout or email flowerscan.ca@gmail.com.
